Refund policy

IMPORTANT COVID-19 RETURN POLICIES

We will not be accepting any returns during the Covid-19 Pandemic, due to sanitary reasons and the safety of our staff. If however, you received a product that is defective, we can make an exception. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your new hair piece! If for whatever reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, you have a 3 days grace period to initiate a return or exchange.

Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not include non-business days (Saturday and Sunday). All returns must be shipped back with tracking number.

If you wish to return your hair piece, please e-mail us at monasbeautyboutique@hotmail.com and we will get back to you with the shipping address. Email us a tracking number  within 3 working days. If we did not receive a tracking number on a third working day, it will have to be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your hair piece must not be altered in any way and be in exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unwashed
  • Heat styling tools not used
  • Unworn (when trying on the hair system, please ensure your own hair is clean and does not contain any product or hair fibres, sprays, powders or similar)
  • Lace not cut
  • Hair not cut
  • No color adjustments
  • No parting adjustments
  • Noo cap adjustments
  • No make-up added
  • No hair product
  • No perfume or smoke smell
  • In the original packaging

 

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the topper/wig is not in its original condition, Tressing Up has the right to refuse a refund or exchange and the product will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

If you are approved, then you could choose one of the following:

  • Refund with 20% restock fee (it covers a 3-5% paypal/credit card transaction fee, import procedure of the returned package, the inspection of the return, the rewash and reset of the hair, as well as re-listing it on the website).  
  • Exchange with 15% restocking fee. You will receive a digital coupon code in an email for your credit amount and that can be used any time towards purchases on our website. This coupon code can be used once and is valid for one year from when the coupon is issued. 

Faulty Products

If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective hair piece, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the matter. If the wig is past 3 days from the date of delivery you will not be eligible for a return/exchange so when receiving your hair piece, please check it carefully and without delay.
